Tail Threading Devices

TAKSO Engineering has developed several devices to increase safety and efficiency in tailing. There are patents pending for these solutions.

TAKSO Tailing Devices:

• TAKSO AirFeeder – an air cutting device for heavy board and paper to cut tail straight from the surface of the cylinder and to feed tail to the rope nip
• TAKSO MecFeeder – a mechanical cutting device with unique mechanical cutting blades for heavy board and paper 
• TAKSO rope pulley (sheave) - a unique design, including rotating inner ring of the bearing and ±45 degree freely adjustable angle
• Optimized rope pulley assemblies
